Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of hospitality and hotel management graduate students from the Sanders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, to Hotel Boutique Villa del Marqués. The visit was part of their research on tourism in Asturias and focused on understanding business practices, boutique hotel management, and the challenges of operating and maintaining small-scale hotels.
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to learn firsthand about our boutique hotel, our organization, our history, and the management of our facilities.
This meeting was an opportunity to showcase how our hotel combines history, comfort, and nature. The students were particularly impressed by our gardens, which provide a peaceful space connected to the Asturian coast and mountains—ideal for those seeking authentic experiences in Muros de Nalón and the surrounding region.
We are proud to inspire future generations in the creation of sustainable tourism projects while promoting the natural and cultural richness of Asturias.Graduate students from the Hospitality Management program at the Sanders College of Business, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) visited Hotel Boutique Villa del Marqués
